The position involves calling residential/commercial customers to book appointments, build up relationship, discuss duct cleaning, provide quotes and make bookings for cleaning to be done.
The successful applicant must have their own vehicle and possess the following skills and attributes:
- Proven track record tele sales/cold call background
- Love calling customers on the phone
- Excellent telephone communication and people skills
- Highly motivated and sales driven
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team

Suitable candidates will come from a sales/tele-marketing background, have a great telephone manner and communication skills. Candidates who have worked in outbound call centres encouraged to apply.

No experience required – full training provided. Technicians will be responsible for performing remediation, cleaning and hygienic restoration of HVAC Systems on residential, industrial and commercial sites and following Clean Air work practices to strategically deliver outcomes for all Clients.
- Valid / current Driver’s license
- Strong communication skills, punctuality & high level of presentation
- Ability to pass Police Check
- Ability to pass random drug and alcohol testing
- Must be motivated with a positive attitude – open to learning
- Ladder safety ratings of 85-90 kilograms
- Ability to lift 16-20 kilograms on a daily basis
- ABN holder/own van/previous duct cleaning/Handyman or HVAC industry experience an advantage.
- Prior experience performing duct installation and/or plant restoration, basic sheet metal tasks, spray painting an advantage
